We provide free shipping on bigger than $300 for within the US shipments & from the US to Canada on bigger than $500 US Dollars. We charge our customers the exact shipping cost on purchases below $300. The exact delivery time for the shipments vary with the change in destination and the courier. We provide our customers the exact delivery time upon sharing the track ID. All orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days from our Virginia warehouse to all the destinations within US and Canada. The use FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL & USPS.
Our buyers in the US & Canada are bound to pay their customs and import taxes upon receipt of their shipments at destination. Berooj LLC will not take any responsibility for any delays on part of the customs at destinations. Important Note: We have the right to use an alternate shipping method when deem necessary in a bid to provide our customers with the faster service. Our customers must report damaged, missing, or defective within 24hours upon receipt of parcels. They are obliged to take pictures of the damaged and missing items and send them directly through return@berooj.com. We share our customers with the tracking number as soon as they are produced by the courier company upon yielding them the package. We monitor your parcel status on regular basis so as to ensure smooth delivery.
