Refund policy

Berooj LLC provides its customers a total of 15 days to return the purchased stuff provided that the return criteria is set. Before making a return request, the buyer must ensure the items must be in the same condition they had received, unused, be in original packing and tags and with the proof of purchase/Invoice. For the return to take place please send the return request via below mentioned email.

We will notify you with the return shipping label and complete details on how and where the package has to be returned only and only if the return request is accepted.

Note: The package returned without prior written request and its approval will not be accepted.

Damage Issues and mishaps

Please be mindful to inform us immediately upon receipt of damaged items or in case wrong items are received. We will evaluate the issue and respond to you at our quickest convenience. Note: The return on sale items or gift cards will not be entertained.

Refunds

Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect and notify you if they are approved or rejected. We will use the original payment method for refund if it is accepted. Note: The refund process may take time on your bank or credit card company’s end.

Kindly note that the buyers will have to pay for one side shipping on return in case they were privileged with the free shipping and will pay for both sides (return and reshipping) if the shipping was not free for the first time.
